CHESSGENIUS LICENSE AGREEMENT

READ BEFORE INSTALLING

BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE INCLUDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT YOU
ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
PROMPTLY REMOVE ALL COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE FROM ALL YOUR
ELECTRONIC DEVICES.

1. LIMITED USE LICENSE - This license agreement permits you
to install and use the Software on any single device at 
one time provided that the Software is installed on only 
one device at a time.
You are entitled to use the limited features of the
unregistered Software. In consideration of the License fee 
paid to Lang Software you are entitled to use the full
features of the registered Software.

2. COPYRIGHT - The Software is owned by Lang Software Ltd
and is protected by British Copyright Laws, international 
treaties, and other national laws. You must treat the 
Software like any other copyrighted product except that you
may make backup copies of the Software solely for backup or
archival purposes.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE - You may not rent, lease,
distribute, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Software
to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, 
disassemble or create derivative works of the Software.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - The Software is supplied "as is" 
without warranty of any kind. Lang Software Ltd and their
suppliers will not in any event be liable for any loss,
including consequential loss, caused by any error or defect
howsoever arising. In any case liability shall be limited 
to the amount of the License fee paid.

Nothing in this agreement shall take away any of your
existing statutory rights.
 
This agreement is governed by the laws of England.
