This is a very useful desk accessory(DA), let you quickly to get some key palm information, execute some key commands and change some key perferences. In the v1.6 special version, it also a "Go And Back" appliaction launcher!(The specail version only a technology preview, it has some bugs for the feature. if you have suggestion or bug report, please send them to me.)

Main Features:

• ·Show current time, date & week
• ·Show current battery information
• ·Show current free size & percentage of RAM
• ·Show free/total dynamic/storage memory, max dynamic chunk, max storage chunk
• ·Show current free size & percentage of the first or second card
• ·Lock & Power off palm
• ·Power off palm
• ·Toggle the state of back light
• ·Activate brightness adjust dialog
• ·Soft-Reset palm
• ·Set Auto off time
• ·Change current privacy
• ·Turn on/off beam receiving(IR)
• ·Set palm valume, and turn on/off alarm vibrate and LED
• ·Quick HotSync
• ·Launch NetConnect DA if it presents, else go to net panel and back to previous app
• ·Toggle ture on/off bluetooth if BtToggle presents, else go to bluetooth panel and back to previous app
• ·Quit to launcher
• ·If you use special version, you can get "Go And Back" launcher(go to app and back previous app after quit the app) on OS5 device or get a normal launcher on OS4 or below

Requirements

CoolDAs works on Palm OS 3.5 or above devices. To launch it, you should install a DA Launcher.
Example: DALauncher, App/DA Launcher

Installation

Generally:
Install the CoolDAs.prc into your Palm handheld.

Specially:

• 1. To support "automatically restore auto-off time after reset", you also should install CoolDAs Helper.prc.
• 2. To support "go and back launcher", you should install both CoolDAs special version and CoolDAs Helper special version. You can get them under "Specail" directory.
• 3. To support chinese lunar calendar, you should install lunar calendar plugin, you can get them under "Plugins" directory. DAPluginLunarCal_JT.prc is for Simplified Chinese user. DAPluginLunarCal_FT.prc is for Traditional Chinese user.
• 4. NetConnect DA and BtToggle are not included, please get them by yourself.

How to use

Button Description
hotkey: I	Show about/help/register form
hotkey: B	Toggle turn on/off bluetooth if BtToggle presents, else go to bluetooth panel, click "Done" button to back. Hidden when your device doesn't support bluetooth
hotkey: E	Activate brightness adjust dialog
hotkey: H	Perform HotSync
hotkey: L	Toggle ture on/off backlight
hotkey: S	Lock device and power off
hotkey: G	Launch "Go And Back" Launcher, hidden if you doesn't install CoolDAs Helper
hotkey: N	Launch "NetConnect DA" if it presents, else go to network panel, click "Done" button to back
hotkey: P	Power off
hotkey: R	Perform soft reset
hotkey: V	Go to the volume setting form

1. Hotkey: C, or click date label to toggle calendar if you install chinese lunar calendar
2. Hotkey: M, or click memory label to show memory card details form
3. Hotkey: D, or click card label to toggle first/second card info if your device has two cards
4. Hotkey: X, or click CoolDAs title label to quit to launcher
