This might change in the future) ------------------------------------------ palmOne Treo 650 Simulator ------------------------------------------ July 23, 2004 NOTE: The Treo 650 Simulators take a while to start. NOTE: If the Treo 650 Radio setting does not match the Treo 650 ROM, the Treo 650 Simulator will crash when you start it. To avoid this, make sure the radio settings are correct in the palmsim.ini file (located in the same directory as the PalmSim.exe). For a CDMA device, the CDMA should be equal to 1 and GSM should be equal to 0. For a GSM device, the CDMA should be equal to 0 and GSM should be equal to 1. NOTE: Hard reset on the simulator does not work, How do I hard reset the Simulator? Please remove the C:\Palm\SimslotDriverVolume (This file acts as a NVFS volume) file and then try to hard reset. NOTE: The simulator is crashing, how can I prevent this? The simulator uses the C:\Palm\SimslotDriverVolume as the NVFS volume. This file may have incorrect or incompatible data.
