06.12.2000 version 1.3 2nd released

I lost my copy of 1.3 there was version 1.2 on my new server
for several days. Please install this version if you have
1.2 installed. The bugs of this version are removed.

Fixed a bug that appears at the start of the game
when you click the middle of the screen.
