To create PalmSmear image files, simple drop bitmap(.bmp) or jpeg (.jpg) files on top of PalmSmearDroplet.exe.  The result files are PalmSmear image files with .prc extensions in the same directory of the source image file.  The PalmSmear image files can then be uploaded to your Palm PDA.
