Software License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Mobilisoft.

Read this agreement very carefully. If you do not want to accept this 
agreement, you may not use MobiFish (hereinafter referred to the 
"Software") on a device or software emulator/simulator.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE - This license agreement permits you to install 
and use the Software on any single device at one time provided that the 
Software is installed on only one device at a time. You are entitled to 
use the limited features of the unregistered Software. In consideration 
of the License fee paid to Mobilisoft you are entitled to use the full 
features of the registered Software.

2. COPYRIGHT - The Software is owned by Mobilisoft and is protected by 
French Copyright Laws, international treaties, and other national laws. 
You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted product except 
that you may make backup copies of the Software solely for backup or 
archival purposes. Also you may distribute the complete Software package 
(zip or sit file including this license file) "as is" and without 
registration code to permit to test the limited features of the 
unregistered Software.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE - You may not sell, rent, lease or sublicense the 
Software to any third party. You are not allow to share the registration 
code you have received when you paid License fee. This registration code 
is personnal. You can use it to access full features of registered 
Software. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative 
works of the Software.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - The Software is supplied "as is" without 
warranty of any kind. Mobilisoft and their suppliers will not in any 
event be liable for any loss or damage, including consequential loss or 
damage, caused by any error or defect howsoever it occurs. In any case 
liability shall be limited to the amount of the License fee paid.

Nothing in this agreement shall take away any of your existing statutory 
rights.
