File Manager Update is a patch for the Palm m125, m500, m505, m515, m130, i705 and Tungsten W handhelds. It resolves a problem formatting high density expansion cards (128MB or greater) with the Palm handheld. 

This came out after the 4.1 update.

CopyUpdate

CopyUpdate.PRC enables the Launcher's Copy function to copy user data associated with an application. CopyUpdate.PRC is for the Palm™ m125, m500, m505, and the i705 handhelds.

These are upgrades to Palm OS 4.1.
Do note that they support Windows 2000 at the latest. I had success with upgrading an m505 using XP + Compatibility mode.

This improves digitizer performance on the m125.
