Penticon Technologies Ltd. End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you
and Penticon Technologies Ltd. ("Penticon") for "Hebrew Support
for PalmOS". This includes computer software ("SOFTWARE"), as
well as any accompanying documentation ("DOCUMENTATION"). By
installing and running the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this License Agreement.  If you do not agree to the
terms of this agreement, you may not use the SOFTWARE.

TRIAL PERIOD
------------
Penticon grants you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE
free of charge for the purpose of evaluating whether to purchase
an ongoing license to use the SOFTWARE.  At the end of the Trial
Period, if you do not purchase a license, you must delete all
copies of the SOFTWARE and DOCUMENTATION.

GRANT of LICENSE
----------------
Subject to the payment of applicable license fees, Penticon
grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE under
the following conditions:

a) You may install and use only one copy of the SOFTWARE at any
   given time.

b) You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
   SOFTWARE.

c) Penticon may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply
   with the terms and conditions therein.  In such event, you
   must delete all copies of the SOFTWARE and DOCUMENTATION.


COPYRIGHT
---------
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws, and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws
and treaties.  All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE
and DOCUMENTATION are owned by Penticon.

LIMITED WARRANTY
----------------
The SOFTWARE and DOCUMENTATION are sold "AS IS", without
warranty as to their performance, merchantability, or fitness for
any particular purpose.  The entire risk as to the results and
performance of this program is assumed by you.

In no event shall Penticon be liable for any damages whatsoever
arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE or
DOCUMENTATION.
