Only manual actions can start them. In three main windows you have the Options/DB:plugins menu.
Tap on it to have the selection window for plugins. In that window are located all the plugins found on your machine. Only not all can be used; some of them will not have any action in a particular context.
Select the plugin that you want to use then tap on Launch.
