Installation Instructions:

1. Install the file "Psych_Dx_Installer.PRC" into your Palm(TM) device using
   the Palm(TM) Install Tool.
2. Tap the "Psych Dx" icon in the "Unfiled" category to initiate the auto-
   install program in your Palm(TM) device.

Registration Instructions:

1. Identify your HotSync ID, which is located in the upper right-hand corner
   of the HotSync program in your Palm(TM) device.
2. Visit http://www.medicalpiloteer.com/support.htm
3. Complete the REGISTRATION CODE form.
4. Your registration code will be sent to you by email once your
   registration information has been verified.

Operating Instructions:

Tap on one of the five buttons on the right to open the particular Axis to
view. Next, a Table of Disorders will appear that corresponds to the selected
Axis (for Axes I and II), whose name is located at the top. Axis V displays a
vertical scale ranging from 0 to 100. You can scroll through the table of
items by pressing the up/down hardware buttons or tapping the up/down symbols
on the bottom right corner of the table.

Tapping a name in the table will open the Diagnostic Criteria View (in the
case of Axes I and II) for that particular disorder. For Axis V, tapping on
one of the numeric ranges in the scale will open the Description View.

"Home"	- Returns to the opening screen

In the case of Axis I and II, The top row indicates the name of the disorder
currently displayed. Below that is a row of buttons:

"!"             - Inclusion and exclusion criteria
"#"             - Diagnostic code
"A" through "H" - Criteria as indicated by the letter
"<"             - Goes to the previous disorder in the current Axis
">"             - Goes to the next disorder in the current Axis
"List"          - Returns to the Table of Disorders view
