Bug fix:
- Notes editor: 5way navigation working, +/- chars allowed

Export:
Xml export of all records includes also unused templates.
(Partial Xml export further on includes only templates used in the exported records.)

Import
- Import of the Adarian CSV.

Protected documents:
It is possible to define a document-item in one step:
Select menu option New Document and browse for a file on the card.
The result is an item storing just the selected file, with the name of the selected file
and with the icon of the associated viewer. (E.g. Docs To Go icon in case of a MS Word doc.)

Other news:
- Send will send decrypted document. (In case if you used multiple attachments, just the first one is sent.)
- Hint in the Login dialog is hidden.

Speed
Substantial speed increase (approx. 3 times) for new data sources.
To get the speed advantage for the old databases, you need to change the password to force the full data rebuild.
(Note that the new DB format is not supported by the past IDGuard versions. If you want to do a test first,
then create data source backup - restore will re-create the original format.)

EXPORT/IMPORT
- Export to xml includes also empty categories and subcategories.

- Html export:
	- Line breaks in the text fields are converted to <br>
	- Possibility to exclude the category information

- IDGuard csv import added (for the format description see the PDF documentation)

- SplashID DB import: fixes, some errors are converted to warnings (i.e. they do not interrupt the import process)

Other news
- Empty password: The use of the login is reduced
- Main screen has a button for toggling icons/list.
