How to Order
The player and the dealer are each dealt two cards. The dealer turns one card face-up.
If the dealer has a Ace or a 10 showing, they check for blackjack before continuing. If they have blackjack, you lose the hand. If both the dealer and player have blackjack, it is a push (you keep your bet.)
You have the option of drawing additional cards (hitting) to make a better hand. You may stand at any time. The dealer then flips over the face-down card and draws until they reach 17.
If your hand total beats the dealers, you are paid 1:1. If your hand total equals the dealer, the hand is a push, and your bet is returned to you.
Additional play options:
Insurance:
If the dealer has an ace showing, you may optionally buy insurance against the dealer having blackjack. Insurance bets are 1/2 your original bet, and pay 2:1 if the dealer has blackjack. If the dealer doesn't have blackjack, you lose the insurance bet and the game continues.
Double-down:
On certain hands, you are given the option to double your bet. If you chose this option, you receive one additional card and cannot draw any more.
Split:
If you receive two cards of the same rank, you have the option of splitting them into two hands. This requires an additional bet equal to your original bet for the new hand.
Surrender:
If you do not like the original two cards you are dealt, you have the option of surrendering your hand. One half of your bet is returned to you, and the hand is over. You may only surrender on the initial two cards, once you hit, double, or split, you are not offered the chance to surrender.
If you are out of a particular denomination of chip, you may still tap on the empty column of chips to bet that denomination. Change will automatically be made from your higher denomination chips.
To place a bet, tap on the stack of chips you want to bet. One of the selected chips will be added to your current bet. To remove the current bet, tap on the stack of chips inside the betting circle.
Once you have bet the table minimum, a "deal" button will appear. Tap it to begin the hand.
To quickly re-bet the same amount as the previous hand, tap on the empty betting circle at the beginning of the hand.

How to Play
The object of Blackjack is to make a hand totaling more than the dealer without going over 21. A hands total value is the sum of the value of all the cards in the hand. Ace's may count for 1 or 11, 2-10 count as their face value, and face cards count as 10. Winning hands pay 1:1. Blackjack is a hand with two cards totallying 21. Blackjack is paid 3:2.
Betting
Your chips are displayed in the lower right corner of the screen. Their total value is displayed below the chips. Note that 50-cent pieces, $500, and $1000 chips are not displayed, so the total may display an amount larger than what is actually shown in chips.
