    • Installing/Upgrading
    Installing HandScape for the first time:

    1. Extract the packed file.
    2. Open the Palm Desktop program group, and select the "Palm Install Tool".
      The Palm Install Tool dialog box appears.
    3. In the User Name drop-down menu, choose the User Name that corresponds to your Palm Device.
    4. Click the Browse button to locate the 'HandScape.prc' file.
    5. Click on the Install button, and click Done/Exit on the dialog that appears.
    6. Set your Palm in the cradle and perform a HotSync™.

    Upgrading from a previous version of HandScape:

    Install the new HandScape version into your Palm Device, as described above.
    The new version will replace the one you currently have.


    Uninstalling
    The best way to delete HandScape is by using the "Uninstall HandScape" program.
    Install this program and launch it (you can do it from within HandScape).
    If you're not using the uninstaller, follow these steps:

    1. Launch HandScape Lite.
    2. If you're using a startup application, set in the preferences of HandScape Lite the "Startup application" to none.
    3. If you set HandScape Lite as your default launcher, uncheck in the preferences of HandScape Lite the "Launcher button will open HandScape Lite".
    4. From the original applications launcher delete HandScape Lite as you delete any other application.
    We highly recommend using the uninstaller!

    Minimum Requirements

    HandScape works on Palm III (OS 3.0.1) and above. At least 150kb free memory is required.
